Tarek Badr Eddine, born on September 15, 1963, in Beirut, Lebanon. He was the beloved son of Julia Cynthia Kent and Abdul Reda.
At a young age, Tarek left Lebanon with his mother and brother, seeking new beginnings. After living in various parts of the United States, the family eventually settled in Irving, Texas. Tarek attended Irving High School, where he navigated social and academic challenges, ultimately finding strength, confidence, and discipline in the sport of karate. He proudly earned his black belt and participated in many competitions, sharing his skills and passion by teaching young children at the local YMCA.
Tarek was known for his unwavering work ethic and self-motivation. These qualities carried him through life’s many challenges and led him to build a successful career as an entrepreneur. His journey was a true “Rags to riches story ,” inspiring pride in his children and family alike.
He is lovingly remembered by his two children, Cory and Laura and his daughter in law Saru, their mother, Debbie Badredine; his wife, Kim Badredine; and his cherished grandchildren, Julian, Sophia, and Layla Grace. He is also survived by his brother Darren and sister-in-law Vennessa Badredine, his nephew Ethan, nieces Monique and Isabella, and many extended family members and friends.
Tarek’s life was one of resilience, passion, and perseverance. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
