Richard Rogers Obituary
Richard C. Rogers, or RC as he was better known went home to be with the Lord on July 18, 2017.
He was surrounded by his family, the way he wanted it, and went peacefully into eternity.
Richard was born in Roff, Oklahoma on December 9th, 1925. He is survived by his 7 children,
Sherrie Reynoso, Barbara Anderson, Diana Wade, Rebecca Porras, Angela Rogers, Michael Rogers, and Gabriel Rogers. 22 Grandchildren, Christopher Anderson, Christina Williams, Curtis Williams, Corey Williams, Casey Williams, Yolonda Foster, Chad Anderson, Jeremey Leverett, Shelly Shikle, Melissa O'dell, Isaac Martinez, Bethany Martinez, Nathan Martinez, USMC, SSgt. Kathleen Sandoval, Nichole Porras, Pamela Augustus, Jessica Porras, Leslie Porras, Hayden Porras, Lauren Porras, Sara Rogers, Santana Rogers, Saul Rogers, and Dixie.
19 Great Grandchildren, Crystal Sikorsky, Taylor Sikorsky, Richard Williams, Cody Williams, Tiffani Williams, Micah Williams, Trevin Williams, Richard Foster, Cody Foster, Andrew Anderson, Chase Anderson, Andrea Leverett, Ariel Leverett, Malachi Leverett, Cynthia Stevens, Abigail O'dell, Lucas O'dell, Carter Augustus, and Avery Augustus. 3 Great - Great Grandchildren, Jaylee Sikorsky, Bryson Williams, and Addalyn Williams.
Richard was preceded in death by his son, Ricky Rogers, and his wife Nancy Rogers.
The funeral services will all be held on Tuesday July 25th 2017 and are as follows;
Viewing: 9:00am to 10:30am
Service: 10:30am to 12:00pm
Location: Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 1200 Poplar Dr. Mesquite, TX. 75149
Graveside: 1:00pm
Location: DFW National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy. Dallas, TX. 75211
Reception to be held back at the church following the graveside. All are welcome.
